Download YggLab

YggLab runs on Windows 10 and later and macOS 12 and later. All four builds are native — nothing runs through a translation layer. Pick the one that matches your machine, double-click to install, and a three-step setup wizard runs the first time you open it.There is no Linux build yet.

Which one do I need?

On a Mac, check whether the chip is Apple silicon or Intel. On Windows, check whether the system type is x64 or ARM64. The wrong build simply won't install — download the other one and nothing else is affected.

InstallerHow to checkFile name
macOS · Apple siliconAlmost every Mac sold since late 2020. Apple menu → About This Mac; if the Chip line reads Apple M1 / M2 / M3 / M4, pick this one.YggLab-0.1.14-mac-arm64.dmg
macOS · IntelOlder Macs. In About This Mac, if the Processor line reads Intel Core, pick this one.YggLab-0.1.14-mac-x64.dmg
Windows · x64The vast majority of Windows PCs. Settings → System → About; if System type reads “x64-based processor”, pick this one.YggLab-0.1.14-win-x64.exe
Windows · ARM64ARM-based Windows PCs such as the Snapdragon X series. If System type reads “ARM64-based processor”, pick this one.YggLab-0.1.14-win-arm64.exe

What are the system requirements?

An ordinary work laptop, no GPU needed. YggLab itself is light; inference runs in a cloud API or in your own local model rather than on your machine.

ItemRequirement
WindowsWindows 10 or later. Native x64 and ARM64 installers.
macOSmacOS 12 or later. Native Apple silicon and Intel installers.
LinuxNot supported — no installer released yet
HardwareAny ordinary work computer; no discrete GPU required
NetworkAn internet connection to reach model APIs. If you run local models through Ollama, that inference never leaves your machine
API KeyNot required. Sign in to a YggLab account to use cloud models, or bring your own key

What happens after I install it?

The first launch runs a three-step setup wizard, and then you're ready. If Claude Code is already installed and signed in on your machine, it's detected and reused — no reinstall, and your existing configuration is left alone.

  1. Download and install  On macOS, open the .dmg and drag the app into Applications. On Windows, double-click the .exe and follow the prompts.
  2. Run the setup wizard  Three steps. Any Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI already on the machine is found and connected automatically.
  3. Set up a model  Two options. Sign in to a YggLab account and use cloud models — nothing else to configure. Or bring your own API key: 28 model platforms are one click away, and you can point at any OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible endpoint.
  4. Start assigning work  The home screen asks “Who should take this one?” Pick a built-in assistant or click one of the examples, and describe what you want in plain language.

How do I update?

You don't need to come back here. YggLab updates itself: when a new version is out you can download and install it from inside the app, and you can choose whether to receive pre-release builds.

The links on this page always point at the latest release, so bookmarking it is fine — it won't get stuck on an old version.

It won't install, or it won't run

First check that the installer matches your system architecture — see “Which one do I need?” above. That's the most common cause; the wrong architecture simply won't install.

If the architecture is right and it still fails, use the Feedback entry inside the app, or the feedback form on this site — a title, a description, screenshots if you have them. It reaches us right away.
